By now y’all should be familiar with Colin Munroe who sparked off with his remake of “Flashing Lights.” Colin Munroe is a singer/producer with a sound that in has more elements of Emo than hip hop, but really works for his sound. Today his mixtape “Colin Munroe is the Unsung Hero” surfaced. For the most part it is a cool listen. Munroes production style is lush and melodic, plus the album features a large list of some of the blogospheres favorite new acts. Black Milk, Wale, Izza Kizza, Mims, Skyzoo, Mickey Factz and Blaqstar.
