Joe Budden | MM3rd Budden Meets Portishead (Mixtape)

I’m not really too big on only blogging the “newest and hottest”, sometimes we repost stuff that the blogs had been done and gone with for a while, but surprisingly reposting slightly older news has generated alot of traffic for us! haha.. I guess news travels slower to some people.
But anyways this mix dropped back in May by Ill Poetics (who also did the Outkast and NIN mixtape ). Its the Joe Budden mashed with Portishead mixtape, but their more than mashups, more like production inspired by these two artist. It got great reviews from all corners of the cyber world, I thought I’d share it with you all… kinda dark and moody.

Damn! That sounded like a lotta noise. Joe Budden is one of those cats that industry folk try to blow up and are usually overrated. The only thing Joe had going for him is he used to bang Gloria Velez.

you’re kidding right? Better than Supernatural or Chino XL? Or how about Brother Ali or even Lupe Fiasco? Joe ok mc but he doesn’t have “it”…star qulaity. He pretty forgettable. Maybe he’s better live but I haven’t see him live. Judging by his tracks he’s just decent.
