
With their long-standing beef squashed and new material on the horizon, Harlem rap collective The Diplomats is looking to bounce back from years of release delays and fragmented featured appearances. In light of this, the group has taken to reuniting for a special live performance at the Congress Theater in Chicago last Thursday, in hopes of reintroducing their street-smart brand of flashy hip-hop back into an ever-increasingly homogenized climate dominated by repetitive Young Money singles.
